“ I'm not sure that I would sign up for this again. I emptied all of the pouches into containers for each tea type and came up with significantly less than I would have gotten for the money if I'd just bought it loose leaf. Since I brew a whole pot at a time, portion sizes are semi-useless to me until unpouched. I like the idea of being sent surprise teas, but I wish there was an option for portions/sample/2oz/4oz/8oz or something, with appropriate cost for each. ”

“ Quite disappointed. I expected to get a variety of teas to sample. Instead each month comes with only 4 which I could get by buying one of the sampler packs for half the price. Also the packaging is just poor, with them coming in wasteful tiny individual packets that have too little tea for a pot and too much for a single cup. I would much rather just receive a package similar to the sampler packs but with other flavors. Or if they're going to ship it in tiny packets, why not add more variety that would make it worth the extra price. ”

“ If you like teas, simply order some sample sizes. I've belonged to this for four months, and every package comes randomly and often late. I usually have to email and check in on when the tea is being delivered (??) The teas aren't as shown in the pictures. If you complain they just say, 'Oh well.' Adagio tea is great, but this is a stressful, terrible choice! ”

“ Every month there seems to be new issues getting the tea to my grandma. It was supposed to be the perfect gift for my tea-loving grandma, but every month it is a huge pain in the butt. Customer service is absolutely awful trying to get each problem resolved. Even just getting to the order numbers seems to be an issue. I do NOT recommend. ”
